Easy Returns for Peace of Mind

At Glowiq, we want you to love your lighting and smart home products. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return process simple and hassle-free.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must include all accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging. 

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted by 30% or more. 
  • Used or damaged items not due to a shipping issue or defect. 
  • Gift cards

 

How to Request  a Return

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@glowiq.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return so we can get the process started quickly.

 

Restocking Fee

A $5 restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges. This helps us keep our operations smooth and prices competitive for everyone.


Damaged or Defective Items

Received a product that’s damaged or not working properly? We're on it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or provide a full refund—your choice.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size, style, or product? Let us know! We’re happy to help with exchanges as long as your original item meets our return conditions.


International Returns

We do accept international returns, but please note that return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
