DELIVERY TIME-FRAMES

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed, approved, and packed within 1–3 business days. After that, it will be prepared for shipment.
- Shipping Time: After the package is collected by our carrier, delivery within the USA typically takes 4–7 business days via local postal services.
Note: Delivery times do not include customs processing. Delays may occur during high-demand periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.
SHIPPING COSTS
We provide free shipping on orders over $99 within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)—no codes, no fuss.
Orders under $99 ship with flat-rate ground delivery for just $2.99 — the best value available.
TRACKING
After your package is shipped, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number. This number can be used to monitor your order on our website.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is packed and ready, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or regions with carrier limitations. Certain items may be restricted based on local laws or regulations.
RETURNS
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Contact us at help@glowiq.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process. You have 30 days from the delivery date to send items back, as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging.
Please note: A $5 restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges. Items purchased at 30% off or more are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
